How the program works

Step 1: Attend the Monthly Workshop (optional)

Each month, we run a live online workshop exploring a specific health theme through a personalised lens.

  • Workshops run on the second Tuesday of each month at 6.30pm (AEST)
  • You can attend live or watch the replay

For many women, this is the first time things start to make sense.

Step 2

Step 2: Enrolment

After attending the workshop, if you decide to join:

  • Enrolments open during Week 3 of each month
  • Your program begins at the start of the following month

This timing is intentional.

It creates space for proper onboarding and ensures you start feeling grounded, not rushed.

Step 3: Onboarding (before the program starts)

You’ll complete two 1:1 onboarding sessions with Michele.

This is where we build the foundation for everything that follows.

Session 1: Your Precision Health Profile

We gather the information needed to understand your unique starting point, including:

  • 17 body measurements to establish your body’s specific biological design and current state.
  • A comprehensive health questionnaire to understand your history and current health as well as your genetic heritage.

This isn’t about judgement or comparison.

It’s about clarity so we stop guessing and get precise.

Session 2: Your Health Vision

Together, we create a clear health vision to understand:

  • Your life
  • Your responsibilities
  • Your current capacity
  • What’s really important to you

This isn’t a vague goal like “lose weight” or “be healthier”.

It’s a grounded picture of how you want to feel, function, and live.

This is not a generic weight-loss consult.

It’s the precision setup that makes the program work.

Step 4: Getting set up (before you start)

After onboarding, you’ll receive:

  • Your HealthType introductory guide
  • Access to the online community
  • A personalised recommendation for the order in which to approach the learning modules to support your needs and goals

This is light, supportive preparation – not homework.

Step 5: The monthly program rhythm (Months 1–6)

Each month follows the same steady structure

Week 1 – Introduction & Focus

  • Watch a short topic video
  • Set one personal goal
  • Share it with me via message

Week 2 – Personal Dashboard Exploration

  • Explore your personalised health profile dashboard using guided prompts
  • Check-in on your goal

Week 3 – Digital Twin Insights

  • Deeper personalised exploration
  • Another gentle check-in

Week 4 – Group Coaching

  • 1-hour live group coaching session

You’re supported, but never micromanaged.

Step 6: Additional 1:1 support

Beginning of Month 4:

1-hour 1:1 check-in with a coach to recalibrate and strengthen momentum

Month 6 (Week 3 or 4):

30-minute 1:1 check-in to reflect and map next steps

A note for women using (or considering) weight-loss injections

If you’re using a GLP-1 medication (or seriously considering one) you’re not alone. For many women, medication enters the picture not as a shortcut, but as a reasonable option after years of doing everything “right”.

Harmony & Health™ does not judge that choice. And it does not try to replace medication.

What it recognises is that appetite suppression alone doesn’t address:

  • Muscle loss risk in midlife
  • Energy and sleep disruption
  • Or the fear of what happens if circumstances change
