We often think of healing as a matter of doing the right things.
Eat well. Move often. Sleep more. Meditate. Journal.

And yet – so many tell me,
“I’m doing all the right things… but I still feel exhausted, foggy, and stuck.”

Most people don’t realise they’re living in chronic fight or flight. Not the dramatic, panic-attack kind. But the subtle, daily survival mode that becomes so normal, we stop recognising it.

For years, that was me.

I was a single mum, working 50 to 60 hours a week, doing everything I could to keep it all going. AND I was deploying to war zones as a nurse with the military

What I thought was resilience was actually hypervigilance.

I was constantly braced. Always scanning.
And eventually, my nervous system paid the price – in the form of burnout and PTSD.

I didn’t know how dysregulated I’d become… until years later, when I discovered my HealthType™ and my personal HealthCode™ – a biological profile unique to me and me alone.
