This 12-week wellbeing program helps veterans rebuild structure, restore energy, and reconnect
with purpose using personalised health tools, simple coaching, and a plan that fits real life.
Feeling stuck after leaving the ADF?
A 12-week program designed for real people and real life. You’ll receive:
- A personal health profile using a simple online tool
- One-on-one support and small group sessions
- Wellbeing check-ins
- Guidance from a coach who understands the ADF experience
You’ll also complete short questionnaires (DASS-21, PCL-5, M CARM and ASQ) before, during and after the program to help track progress and tailor support.
You can step out anytime if it’s not right for you.
